    Coach Phil Nana Named 2016 Maryland JUCO Women's Soccer Coach of the Year! The Maryland JUCO Athletic Conference announced their 2016 Fall Coaches of the Year and in just his second year as head coach of the Montgomery College Raptors women's soccer team, Phil Nana was selected the MDJUCO Coach of the Year.

    Two Raptors Named 2016 NJCAA Division III Women’s Soccer All-Americans Montgomery College sophomores Alejandra Ramos and Jaime Montgomery were named 2016 National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division III Women’s Soccer All-Americans.

    Raptors Women's Soccer Finishes Season Fourth in the Nation! The Montgomery College women's soccer team won the Region XX/District H Championships to advance to the NJCAA DIII National Championship Tournament in Toms River, NJ. The Raptors finished the season fourth in the country after a 7-2 victory over #7 Nassau Community College, a shootout lose in the semifinals to Erie CC and 5-3 lose to Brookhaven. Sophomore Nathaly Alvear finished the season leading the nation in assists with 33, twice as many as anyone else in the country.

    Women's Soccer Claim 2016 Region XX/District H Championship The women's soccer team defeated Anne Arundel Community College 6-0 and Howard Community College 2-1 in the Region XX tournament to claim the 2016 Region XX/ District H Championship this past weekend!

    Nationally Ranked Women's Soccer Defeated Previously Unbeaten Potomac State College; Claim the #1 Seed in Region Tourney The #2 nationally ranked Montgomery College women's soccer team defeated previously unbeaten Potomac State College on Saturday to claim the #1 seed in the NJCAA Region XX DIII Soccer Tournament.

    Women's Soccer Wins 10th Straight, Moves Up to #2 In the Nation The Montgomery College women's soccer is currently ranked 2nd in the nation with a perfect record of 8-0 in the MDJUCO Conference and 12-2 overall. MC's Nathaly Alvear leads the nation in assists.

    Women's Soccer, #4 in the Nation, Sends Statement with 6-0 Win Over D1 Mercer CCC and 4-0 Victory Over CCBC Essex The MC women's soccer team defeated Mercer County CC 6-0 on Wednesday and CCBC Essex 4-0 on Thursday to extend its winning streak seven games.

    Women's Soccer Surges to #4 in Nation; Blanks CSM and Nationally-Ranked Howard! The Montgomery College women's soccer team has not taken their foot off the gas this past week! The Raptors shut out College of Southern MD 3-0 with all the goals set up by sophomore Nathaly Alvear; Alvear continues to lead the nation in assists with 21 while Ariella Amaguana follows in second with 10 assists. Jamie Montgomery quickly approaching the top goal scorer in the county as she sits tied for second with 14 goals in 5 games this season.

    Nathaly Alvear, Women's Soccer Nathaly Alvear has started all seven games for the Raptors and has scored 3 goals on 19 shots. Alvear leads the nation in assists with 15, so far. Alvear is also 6th in the nation for points (21) for DIII.

    Women's Soccer Stays Unbeaten, Outscores Opponents 42-3 to Start Season and Vaults to #6 Nationally The Montgomery College women's soccer team continues to tear through their competition! Only seven games into the season the Raptors have outscored their opponents 42-3 scoring an average of six goals a game. Sophomore Nathaly Alvear leads the nation with 14 assists, six more than the player second in the nation.

    Women's Soccer Open Play and Mandatory Team Tryouts MC Women's soccer summer open play will be held July 5th- 29th from 3:00-5:00 p.m. every Tuesday & Thursday on the Rockville Campus on the upper field. Mandatory team tryouts will be held August 3rd- 7th twice a day, 8:00- 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 -2:00 p.m. at the Rockville Campus on the upper field. All tryout sessions are mandatory. Everyone trying out must have a current physical and all MC forms filled out and turned in prior to tryouts. No high school physicals will be accepted. If you have any questions, contact Head Coach Phil Nana.
