Raptors Fall to Hagerstown Hawks in Weather-Interrupted Home Opener
ROCKVILLE, MD — The Montgomery College Raptors women's soccer team kicked off their 2025 home schedule with a tough Region 20 matchup against Hagerstown Community College. In a game disrupted early by weather, the Raptors ultimately fell 1-0 to the visiting Hawks.
The match was halted in the 20th minute due to a lightning delay. After both teams returned to the field, Hagerstown took advantage of the momentum shift, scoring what would be the only goal of the game shortly after play resumed.
