Women's Soccer Shutout at Home by Harcum Bears
In Saturday's second game at Alcus Field, the women's soccer team faced off against Harcum in a late September showdown, hoping to build on momentum from recent strong performances.
Despite fielding no bench players, Harcum controlled much of the match, maintaining possession throughout. The first half was dominated by the Bears' ball control, but they were unable to convert that advantage into goals, and the game remained scoreless at halftime.
Harcum broke the deadlock in the 52nd minute, and quickly followed up with a second goal in the 62nd, pulling ahead 2–0. From there, they returned to their possession-based approach, comfortably seeing out the match with a clean sheet.
