Montgomery College opened its home schedule on Saturday afternoon with a Tri-Match against Region 20 opponents Harford Community College and Potomac State College of West Virginia.

Montgomery College (MD) faced an early-season test against the previously unbeaten Harford Owls (3-0). In a thrilling five-set battle, the Raptors showed resilience and composure, securing a 3-2 victory to hand Harford their first loss of the season.

After a five-set grind earlier in the day, the Raptors returned to the court at 3:00 PM to face Potomac State College of West Virginia. Montgomery showed no signs of fatigue, cruising to a dominant 3-0 sweep of the Catamounts to close out the Tri-Match with a perfect record.
The Raptors delivered a well-rounded team performance, backed by efficient hitting, strong serving, and steady ball control.
