Raptors Sweep Dragons

Rockville, MD - The Raptors returned to the court Tuesday evening for a matchup against rival Howard Community College. The Dragons kept each set competitive, but the Raptors' balanced attack and solid defense proved too much, as they secured a straight-set victory (3–0).

A well-rounded team effort led the Raptors to the win, with multiple players contributing on both sides of the ball. Vanessa Miller paced the offense with 7 kills and a match-high .583 hitting percentage, while Hillary Malik dominated at the net with 6 kills and 6 total blocks to lead all players with 10.0 total points.

Janelle Orellana quarterbacked the offense with 17 assists and served up 4 aces, while Rosely Valdivia supported the backcourt with 7 digs and 7 assists.
